Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AuditAI. We have written them plainly so you know exactly what to expect. Please read them before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuditAI ("the Service") at auditai.fyi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuditAI provides AI-powered website and code auditing tools, including SEO analysis, security scanning, performance auditing, keyword research, and AI-generated fix suggestions. Results are generated automatically and are for informational purposes only — they are not a substitute for professional technical or legal advice.

3. Plans, Access & Billing

We offer four plans. Here is exactly what each one includes and how it works:

Free Plan — $0 forever

  • Up to 3 URL scans per day. The counter resets at midnight UTC.
  • Code audits are not available on the Free plan.
  • Only the top 5 most critical SEO/security issues are shown. The full breakdown requires a paid plan.
  • No account or credit card required.
  • We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits to maintain platform stability.

Starter Plan — one-time payment

  • A single, non-recurring payment. You are not enrolled in any subscription.
  • Grants session-based access: unlimited URL and code scans while your browser tab or window is open.
  • What "session" means in practice: Your access is stored in your browser's sessionStorage, which is automatically cleared when you close the browser or tab. This is a deliberate feature of the Starter tier, not a bug.
  • If you sign in with your email, your Starter access is verified from our server on every visit and automatically re-granted — so logged-in users never lose access between sessions.
  • Guest users (no account) who close their browser will need to re-open the site and their access will be restored as long as their browser session cookie is still valid (up to 7 days).
  • Starter does not include advanced tools (PDF export, keyword research, rank tracker, weekly pulse, bulk scanner, etc.). See the comparison table on the pricing page for the full list.
  • Starter payments are non-refundable due to the low price point, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Pro Plan — monthly or yearly subscription

  • Persistent unlimited access stored in localStorage — survives browser close and works across all your devices when signed in.
  • Access all 13+ audit tools including keyword research, rank tracker, PDF export, weekly pulse monitoring, and more.
  • Monthly billing: charged each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid being charged again.
  • Yearly billing: charged once upfront for the full year. You save 33% compared to paying monthly. Auto-renews annually.
  • Yearly plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, yearly payments are non-refundable.
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Agency Plan — monthly or yearly subscription

  • Everything in Pro, plus agency-specific tools: bulk scanner (10 URLs at once), white-label branded reports, competitor compare, backlinks checker, GitHub Action CI/CD integration, and priority support.
  • Same billing terms as Pro (monthly or yearly, auto-renews, cancel anytime).
  • Features marked "coming soon" (multi-client dashboard, team seats, full API access, Slack webhooks) are in development. They will be enabled for Agency subscribers at no additional cost when released. No specific release dates are guaranteed.

All payments are processed by Razorpay. INR prices displayed on the site are calculated from the live USD exchange rate at the time of checkout — the amount you are charged is the amount shown when you click Pay.

4. Refund Policy

  • Starter ($1.99 one-time): Non-refundable due to the low price and immediate digital access granted, except where required by law.
  • Pro / Agency monthly: Non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges.
  • Pro / Agency yearly: Full refund available within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, non-refundable.
  • To request a refund within the eligible period, email founders@auditai.fyi with your payment ID. We process refunds within 5 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scan websites or code you do not own or do not have explicit permission to audit.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or plan restrictions.
  • Use the Service to scan, generate reports on, or facilitate attacks against any system.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's output at scale for commercial redistribution.
  • Resell or white-label audit results without an Agency plan.
  • Share your login credentials or session access with others.

6. Accuracy of Results

Audit results are generated by automated tools and AI models and may not be complete or error-free. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, exhaustive, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify findings independently before acting on them. AuditAI is not liable for any decisions, implementations, or outcomes based on audit output.

7. Intellectual Property

The AuditAI platform, branding, UI, and proprietary code are owned by us. Audit reports generated from your input belong to you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your submitted URLs and code solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuditAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages. Planned downtime will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or engage in behaviour harmful to other users or the platform, with or without notice. If your account is terminated for a policy violation, no refund is issued. If we terminate your account for reasons not related to a policy violation, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription amount on a pro-rata basis.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
